   Motions:
   

   I recommend that the School Board authorize Chief Counsel or his designee to file a declaratory action or other appropriate action against Quantum Community Development District, Quantum Park Property Owners’ Association, Inc., Quantum Limited Partners, Ltd., and other appropriate parties in the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida regarding installation of a marquee at Boynton Beach High and to authorize the Chief Counsel the authority to settle same if necessary.	-	PASS
   Minutes: Currently Boynton Beach High School has no marquee. School Board staff would like to install a marquee for Boynton Beach High School. Counsel for Quantum Community Development District, Quantum Park Property Owners’ Association, Inc., and Quantum Limited Partners, Ltd. (“Quantum”) has threatened to file a civil action against the School Board with if Staff installs the marquee. A declaratory action would allow the School Board to determine its rights and duties in installing a marquee for Boynton Beach High School.
